Tryouts for cheer

She glided towards the gym where the cheer tryouts would be held. She was wearing her cheer outfit and her hair was down today. She smiled at the people trying out before she walked into the gym."Hello coach"she said as she sat down in the chair next to her coach with a the roster of girls on the table.

The frist girl came in, one from last year and did a full cheer and smiled the whole time. Courtney smiled and nodded and the girl ran out of the room."Shes in, did you see her back hand spring? Perfect"she said and the coach nodded. Now they sat and waited for the next girl to come in.

Cheer!

Scarlet walked into the giant gym. Her green eyes glowed with nervousness. Those girls where good, too good. Scarlet had no clue wheather she would make it or not. It would only take a mericle. She sighed and stepped foward.

"Hi, I'm Scarlet." She said to the gudges when it was her turn. Scarlet wore sweat pance with a T-shirt. Scanning the gudges she came accross Courtney. Giving a quick wave she waited for them to tell her to start.

"Well go ahead then"Coutrney said smiling back. She had her hands on the table and they were cleched together loosely. She fixed the ribbion in her hair and then sat their waiting while her coach did the same and wrote something on her paper. She rolled her eyes at her coach.

OMG

Scarlet closed her eyes and opend them back up. Placing her hands in front of her she counted to herself. 1...2...3! She started to do a cheer rutine that she did when she was younger. It wasn't advance, but it was basic. She watched old videos from when she was younger and finally perfected the cheer.

When she was done, sweat seemed to pour down her face and she panted hard. She got back into stance and waited to see what she thought of her.

She sat their and wrote, her coach finally spoke"Can you do any flips or anything?"she asked with raised eyebrows. Courtney stayed quiet but they did need more gymnist. She had just perfected her arieal this week over a gymnastic glass.

Ugh

"Sorta." She said. She lifted her hands in the air and jumped, going forward she did a perfect front hand spring, then she did a shacky back hand spring. But she knew that half those girls could do the backwards one.

"the roster for who made it will be on the gym board in 15 minutes now shoo"Courtneys coach said. "Well coach?'Courtney said with hopeful eyes."We shall see"she snapped before starting to write the list.

She walked out of the gym nervously. Her mind was in a super buzz. Waving she left.

15 mintues later Courtney walked out of the gymnasium and hung the roster up on the wall outside of the door..

6)MariaShe stood outside with the pappers and girls screamed with joy and some walked away upset.

Scarlet couldn't belive it. She was on the list! She left the school so she could get home and share the news.
